Катастрофою це буде тому, що ослабить ядерну компоненту.
Ту-22 во первых достаточно много, а во вторых в плане ядерных носителей они дальше европы не полетят.
Т.е. не смотря на их возможности, как угроза сдерживания они не сильно применимы.
